Strma Reber is a serpentine pass that connects Kočevska Reka and Osilnica. Strma Reber is also called "Medvedje Črevo" (Bear's intestine), and it consists of 19 serpentines at an angle of 180° with an average slope of 8.8% and a maximum slope of 17%. The top of the Strma Reber pass is located at an altitude of 993 m.
On the eighth serpentine there is a memorial point and a rest area from where visitors can enjoy a magnificent view of the entire Osilnica valley.
The recreational bicycle climb "Navkreber na Strmo Reber" (Ascent to Strma Reber) takes place every year along Strma Reber.
