Strato Apartment offers a warm, homely atmosphere right on the edge of Kočevje, in the peaceful Trata neighborhood. It’s just 300 meters from Lake Kočevje and a 15-minute walk from the town center. The location is a perfect starting point for exploring the natural and cultural treasures of the surrounding area, with plenty of options for an active and varied holiday.

In 2025, the apartment was fully renovated, modernized, and thoughtfully furnished with great attention to detail.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a stock of basic ingredients and spices, a comfortable bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room with a small book and music collection. A game console is available for children upon request. For extra fun, you can also play musical instruments such as a piano, acoustic guitar, djembe, and small percussion instruments. The living room opens onto a spacious, comfortable balcony—perfect for a relaxed breakfast, lunch on the grill, or a pleasant evening outdoors.

The apartment includes two free parking spaces.
