The homestead lies on the southeastern border of Slovenia, along the border river Kolpa. The "Lobič Malenca" is a hamlet in the narrowest part of the canyon of the Kolpa River. The house is completely renovated and very comfortable. It is possible to rent the whole house or individual apartments. By prior arrangement, it is also possible to arrange meals and other options that they offer.

Their accommodation includes three modernly furnished apartments with 5 beds and one apartment with 4 beds and an extra cot. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, fridge and a spacious bathroom. The apartment house was newly built in 2010 and features all-new interiors, furniture, bathrooms, and all other equipment.
