The tourist farm "Pri Papeževih" is located in the village of Banja Loka in the municipality of Kostel and is among the larger and older farms in this area. It lies on a plateau above the upper Kolpa valley, at an altitude of 520 m. It is 20 km away from the first major town of Kočevje and 10 km away from the Petrina border crossing. The farm has 6 hectares of cultivated area and about 10 hectares of forest.

The farm offers 11 beds in six rooms in a nicely decorated farmhouse. Each room has its toilet, TV, radio, and phone. Guests can use the shared lounge, which is also a dining area, next to the kitchen.

Guests can rent mountain bikes for cycling in unspoiled nature and can play table tennis. Guests also have the opportunity to view and optionally participate in various farm chores.

According to the guest's requests, they can organize activities on the Kolpa River, such as rafting, kayaking, and canoeing. The farm is a good starting point for hiking, as there are various walking trails close by, such as the Kostelska mountain hiking trail, Kostelska Trška footpath, and Kostel castle footpath. These footpaths reveal the most beautiful corners of the small beautiful land along the Kolpa River - the Kostel valley.
