Living spaces with a total size of 105 m2, includes 2 bedrooms (total of 5 beds + 2 extra beds), gallery, bathroom. The common area on the ground floor of the house (55 m2) includes a spacious equipped kitchen, a large dining table and two three-seaters by the fireplace, which represents a large space for pleasant gatherings.

On the terrace, there is a large dining table and also an outdoor fireplace for preparing various grilled or roasted dishes.

The surroundings offer a series of wonderful views and many possibilities for various activities - hiking and exploring forest paths and surroundings, watching forest animals, cycling, photo hunting, fishing and swimming in the nearby Kolpa River.
