Grajska kmetija is located in Kočevje and features two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also a garden with barbecue facilities and a terrace.

Grajska kmetija is one of the few houses in the Kočevje region with a barn on the ground floor. Such a way of coexistence of people and animals under the same roof was sometimes very widespread in this area. From April to October, the animals graze on the meadows around the house. The main activity of the farm is beekeeping and fruit growing. In the immediate vicinity there is also a beehive for tasting, apitherapy and bee watching. Guests have access to the entire upper floor of the accommodation, which is fully equipped with three rooms for sleeping and relaxing, kitchen, pantry, bathroom and hallway. We want our guests to take as much as possible from the visit, so there is no television, but because we still know that without the Internet today is not possible, WIFI is available. There is a courtyard for parking, where several vehicles can be parked. There is a barbecue terrace in the garden at the foot of the hill, which provides pleasant shade in summer. We recommend accommodation especially to those who appreciate peace, simplicity and warmth.

Grajska kmetija is located in a quiet location at the foot of the Stojna mountain, where the town of Kočevje ends and vast forests begin. It offers you a great starting point for visiting the city, the center of which is only a few minutes away on foot, as well as the pristine nature, which you can explore through many well-kept hiking and biking trails. Climb to the ruins of Friedrichstein Castle or the lookout point on Mestni vrh along the Castle Trail, which is 100 meters away. For lovers of mountain biking, the MTB Trail Center Kočevje is only a short drive away on forest macadam. In the hot summer months, you can cool off in the nearby Lake Kočevje or the beautiful Kolpa River, which is a 30-minute drive away.
