In the heart of Kočevski Rog lies the idyllic Kočevje village of Koprivnik, where the homestead and GOSTel are located and you will be greeted by Matjaž, Darka and their dog Ruppi. Their therapy against the common problem of modern man, burnout, is very simple: pristine forests, clean air, living water, home-cooked food, comfortable accommodation, and a host individually dedicated to each guest.

The nearest town is 16 km away. So much so that you are still in touch with civilization and at the same time in the middle of nowhere. Just you and nature. Complete disconnection. Silence enlivened only by birds. But you can also experience the Gottscheer village of Rahnalo. Orchards overgrown with bushes. Off-road between Koprivnik, the Kopa primeval forest, and Rajhenav. Darka takes care of culinary discoveries, for example, wild garlic vinegar, blackthorn jelly, nettle tea, buckwheat strukelj, and goods made with real local honey.

Kids can have fun with cute ducks in the pond, take their pet dog for a walk, or treat themselves to adventurous exploration of the surroundings. Your pets will also enjoy long walks in nature, and you will not have to pay additionally for their accommodation.

GOSTel is decorated in a homely, rural style, following the example of the Gottschee people, who lovingly founded Koprivnik and the surrounding villages.
