Primeval forest reserve Pragozd Strmec is located on the Stojna mountain range. It measures about 15.50 ha and is characterized by a dominant proportion of beech. It is a forest where the ax has never been swung before. Here, for thousands of years, nature has lived by its laws only, so we do not disturb it and admire the forest only from its edges so that it can remain preserved and intact for future generations.
